We're glad you asked! For move-out cleanings, we kindly ask that everything be removed from the property except for items to be hauled away, which should be arranged in advance. This helps us ensure we provide the best possible cleaning service.
Great question! For property managers, we kindly ask that you leave the key in a lockbox and provide us with the code via email (singlemothersatwork@gmail.com) prior to the day of cleaning. If you are scheduling a move-out cleaning, you can provide us with a key by leaving it in a lockbox or we can arrange for a scheduled in-person pick-up of the key for a small fee of $20. Never leave the door unlocked.
We accept ApplePay, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and Cash. Property managers pay according to agreements set prior to work being performed. Payment must be made at the time of scheduling services. We appreciate your business!
