What Drives Us
Our mission is to provide exceptional cleaning services for homes & businesses while empowering single mothers by providing them with work to support their families.
Single Mothers at Work started in the hopes of providing a service that would at the same time allow us to help other single mothers. Our founder Mary once found herself as a single mother in Orange County with no work and two hungry bellies that relied on her for support. She needed to act fast in order to keep a roof over their head, food on the table, and the lights on for homework. She recognized an opportunity through which she could support her family and also help other single mothers struggling to support their own families. She brought me on, her eldest son, David, and together we continue to operate the business. We’re growing steadily, taking on new clients whenever a slot opens up and almost always through referrals. We’re also working very hard at developing new programs that single moms and their families can benefit from.
We are very proud of our team and our work. We thank every one of our clients for joining us on our mission and welcome anyone that is interested in what we do or our programs to reach out.
